If you are aged 16 - 19 and not in school, college or training then e2e (Entry to Employment) could help with these decisions. If you are facing certain issues in your life that you feel might hold you back, then e2e will help move you forward onto the right path.

- You will have help in developing your motivation, confidence, personal and social skills. This may include taking part in out of centre activities like tractor driving, sport and team building. Issues such as bullying, taking responsibility, antisocial behaviour are also considered.
