Some tasks may be physically demanding although you will use lifting equipment to move heavy parts
The best foundation for a career as a Heavy Vehicle Technician is through an apprenticeship. You will learn and earn at the same time with much of your practical experience coming from supervised work in the garage itself. You will attend technical college on day release to obtain your underpinning knowledge.
An IMI Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
