Welcome to Martec Training.
For over 45 years, Martec has been dedicated to changing lives through education. As a family-run organisation, we believe every learner deserves the opportunity to achieve their full potential, regardless of their starting point, background or individual needs.
We are proud to provide an inclusive learning environment where every learner is valued, respected and encouraged to succeed. Whether you are taking your first steps towards a career, completing an apprenticeship, returning to education, or looking to develop new skills, our experienced team is here to support you every step of the way.
At Martec, inclusion is not simply a policy—it is at the heart of everything we do. We work with learners from all walks of life, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), learning differences, mental health needs and other barriers to learning. We also support learners who do not require additional support but benefit from a practical, engaging and industry-focused approach to education.
Every learner is unique. That’s why we take the time to understand individual strengths, aspirations and support needs. Where additional support is required, we provide tailored interventions, reasonable adjustments, specialist resources and dedicated pastoral support to ensure every learner has the opportunity to thrive, develop confidence and make meaningful progress.
Our ambition is to create an environment where learners feel safe, respected and inspired to achieve. Alongside technical and vocational excellence, we place equal importance on developing confidence, resilience, independence, communication skills, wellbeing and employability. These qualities prepare our learners not only for successful careers but also for fulfilling lives.
Strong partnerships with employers remain central to everything we do. Our programmes are designed alongside industry to ensure learners develop the skills, behaviours and knowledge employers are looking for today and in the future. Through real workplace experiences and high-quality teaching, we help bridge the gap between education and employment.
Our commitment extends beyond qualifications. We want every learner to leave Martec with increased confidence, a sense of belonging and the skills to progress into employment, apprenticeships or further education. Success looks different for every individual, and we celebrate every achievement along the journey.
Thank you for considering Martec Training. Whether you are a learner, parent, employer or partner, we look forward to welcoming you and working together to transform potential into achievement.
